What's in a name? Blair Athol 1997 (bottled 2013) - Connoisseurs Choice (Gordon & Macphail) whisky is called whisky because it's produced in Scotland. Were it from America it would be spelled Blair Athol 1997 (bottled 2013) - Connoisseurs Choice (Gordon & Macphail) whiskey, rather than whisky.

Finish: Light but long.
Overall: Not overly Sherried, but plenty tasty never-the-less.
