An 8 year old bottling this Benromach single malt was distilled in 2000 and finished in Madeira casks and exhibits all the character one would hope for from a dessert wine cask. A thick, chewable dram.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Fruits: in both dried and juicy form. Honey. Stewed fruits, mulled wine perhaps.

Palate: Spicy, dessert wine, fruitcake. Winter berry compote.

Finish: Oaky, berries.
