BenRiach 1988 Bottling Note

A 16 year old vintage from the BenRiach distillery, distilled in 1988 and matured in sherry Cask No. 802, before being bottled in September of 2005 at cask strength.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Gentle, aromatic. Sherry, grapey acidity.

Palate: Oily, honey, floral. Fresh barley. Becomes drier.

Finish: A tad winy with some spice and ash.
