BenRiach 1972 Bottling Note

A 33 year old vintage from the BenRiach distillery, distilled in 1972 and matured in Cask No. 4043, an ex sherry hogshead, before being bottled in September of 2005 at cask strength.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Poised and nicely perfumed. Peppery freshness, hints of menthol. Estery.

Palate: Medium bodied. Oaky, green, fresh. Stone fruits, guava.

Finish: Good length, tannins develop.
