Nose: Did somebody sneak one of the Cold-Infused, Cold-Distilled Coffee distillates in here? Bread-y notes too - beer and buttered toast. Gooseberry, a sprinkling of allspice and cocoa. Given time, sweet and sour sauce emerges.
Palate: Red fruit at first, then plenty of digestive biscuits, moving into a delicious mug of hot chocolate!
Finish: Cocoa and tropical fruit.
Overall: We wouldn't mind being stranded on a desert island with a bottle or two of this!
