Distilled at Knockdhu in 1996, this was bottled as anCnoc in 2011, and it offers a lovely creamy, fruity flavour, thanks to its maturation in top quality bourbon barrels.
Nose: Very nutty nose with notes of rosy red apples and custard. Some dried banana and spice.
Palate: Creamy and mouth filling with notes of berry compote, yoghurt and vanilla spice, with just a touch of sparkling oak.
Palate: Nutty, spicy and thick with rum notes and vanilla.
