Incredibly good, incredibly well aged bourbon. This is a cask strength Evan Williams, Jim Murray awarded this 95.5 points in this 2010 Whisky Bible - it was bourbon of the year! It was also an Editor's Choice for Whisky Magazine.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Wonderfully aromatic nose with notes of cocoa and Maraschino cherry liqueur. Notes of oak, spices, hot pancakes with syrup, wood, espresso coffee and mixed conserves.

Palate: Excellent body and delivery with notes of massive, spicy oak. A barrage of cocoa and molasses hits, with explosions of pepper and char.

Finish: Thick and long, develops an intense oak grip.
