Nose: Bitter damson notes off-set with a sweet plummy aroma.
Palate: The palate is naturally dominated by damsons but there are notes of parma violets and also macerated cherries.
Finish: The finish is reasonably sweet and plummy with a hint of jam.
Overall: A very different vodka that can give that extra edge to many a cocktail.
