A poor attempt at extracting fruit flavour (ok, I know rhubarb is officially a vegetable, but it tastes fruity!) and turning it into something drinkable... tastes faintly like the juice left over from stewing rhubarb to begin with, then just sweet and indistinguishable thereafter. Alcohol is barely noticeable. Might work OK in a cocktail I suppose.
Try Chase vodka with rhubarb and you won't give this a second thought...
