Green Mark Vodka Bottling Note

Green Mark is a fabulous Russian vodka named for the seal of approval bestowed upon good vodka by the Glavspirttrest between the 1920s and 1950s. This bottle bears that very seal and the vodka within is really rather good too! In fact, in 2008, this was the best-selling vodka in its category in Russia!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Just a hint of sourdough bread and star anise. A little spice too.

Palate: Soft sweetness, with notes of star anise and fennel fronds. Quite malty.

Finish: Porridge oats and ground mixed nuts.
