Nose: A perfect sweet/savoury balance, with hints of parsley and the aniseed kick of freshly cut tarragon. Aromatic notes of peppercorns, menthol, perfume, lemon thyme and citrus zest really entice the nostrils.
Palate: Crisp and zesty, very well-balanced notes of fresh herbs, lemon oils, cedar wood, seasalt, perfume and lavender. Dry and very more-ish!
Finish: Clean and crisp, a lovely hit of spice on the tail.
