Ocho El Carrizal Bottling Note

El Carrizal is a 2008 vintage, single estate tequila from Ocho. It was made from agave plants harvested at Rancho La Carrizal and was aged in oak for more than three years before bottling. Very good indeed.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Oaky, herbal nose with hints of soft agave, allspice and mint.

Palate: Minty, rich palate with roasted agave, dried herbs, cinnamon and peppermint.

Finish: Thick, long finish. Herbal and roasted.

Overall: Subtle and nicely balanced.
