Last order times for Guaranteed Christmas Delivery: 4pm on the 23rd for Personalised Bottles. Midnight on the 22nd for all other bottles. UK orders to a single address are shipped using next working day carrier and charged at a flat rate of only £6.95 for any size order. We try to despatch orders received before 2pm the same day. Orders usually arrive within 48 hours of being placed. Please note that although the delivery aim is 1 day it is not a guaranteed service. Next day timed deliveries are available and carry the following surcharges per order - before 1pm £3.99, 12pm £4.99, before 10am £9.99, before 9am £14.99. Saturday delivery is also available at an additional cost of £6.99 To request a timed, Saturday or urgent delivery or delivery on a specific date please make a note in the comments / special instructions section of the checkout or contact us separately via email or the phone number at the bottom of this page. Orders for personalised bottles will be dispatched the same day provided final label approval is received by 3pm. Orders for all other bottles will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt, often the same day. If you need an item urgently please contact us and we will always do our best to help you. Carriage is calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination. A signature is required on delivery for all our services, although we can deliver to a work address. Alternatively we can request (although not guarantee) the delivery driver leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour. Please note that parcels not signed for at the delivery address will not be insured against loss or damage. If using this service we can, without charge, send the recipient a gift card by airmail reading "a taste of things to come" (or your own message) to act as a placeholder until the malt arrives. If ordering a personalised bottle we can include a copy of the label as well. To take advantage of this offer, when ordering, please make a note in the comments box at the checkout saying "Reduced shipping with/without card" along with your card message if you would like to write your own.
