Nose: Woah! This is funky, with notes of freshly opened tins of sweetcorn (or as they say over the pond, 'cans' of sweetcorn), creamy horseradish, mown grass and a sugarcane sweetness that's almost jammy.
Palate: Creamier on the palate, again reminiscent of horseradish but without the heat. Good earthy minerality.
Finish: Sweet funk, celery salt.
Overall: Oh my God, that's the funky s***!
