Nose: Very unusual – straw, hints of iodine, toffee, grassy, hints of grape.

Palate: Thoroughly interesting, you may be hard pressed to guess this was rum! In fact, the notes of white wine, straw and an almost medicinal character remind us more of a wine-finished whisky than a rum!

Finish: Good length, spicy, peppery and rich.
