Diamond 10YO 2003 #71
A single cask Diamond pot-distilled rum. Now, that doesn't mean it was distilled from diamonds, because that would be quite hard. No, it means it comes from the Diamond Distillery in Guyana. After maturing in cask 71 for 10 years, Duncan Taylor had the honour of bottling this cracking rum. 312 bottles were produced.
