Zuidam Dutch Genever Bottling Note
A traditional Genever made by Zuidam. The family has over a half century of experience in distilling, and the malted barley, rye and corn they use for their spirits are all milled traditionally using windmills! The spirit is aged in small barrels, and they use new American white oak, as well as bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks.
