Silver Birch Wine Bottling Note
Silver Birch Wine is made by tapping the sap from the silver birch tree, much in the same way that maple syrup is made. This is made by tapping the tree in early spring, and the result is a dry, white fruit wine. In Queen Victoria's diaries, Silver Birch Wine was noted as a favourite drink of Prince Albert when in residence at Balmoral. This is made in Britain.
