Argentinian Wine

Mountains and Malbec - they go together like two things that go together really really well. Hmm. Yeah. Analogies, not so much, but descriptions of wine producing regions, we can do. The best wines in Argentina come from the high plateau regions around Mendoza. Ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 feet, these are some of the highest vineyards in the world, and as we all know - grapes are tastiest when they have to 'struggle'. High altitude performs the task of 'making things a bit difficult' for the grapes admirably, and results in some of the best wines in the world.
