Leyrat VSOP Bottling Note

A great VSOP from Leyrat, this was produced at the vineyards at Domaine de Chez Maillard. They say the terroir is exceptionally good for Cognac production.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Notes of hazelnut, almond, toffee, spices and a hint of dried herbs.

Palate: A gentle, peppy palate with hints of dried fruits, stem ginger, custard and molasses.

Finish: Rich and woody, deep, fruity, long with tannins.
