Raillerie Sélection Bottling Note

Sélection du Château is a 10 year old cognac from Raillerie, it is their younger blend, and it is an elegant brandy. In 2005, Matthew Jukes of the Daily Mail said this of it: "If you buy one bottle of 'brandy' this year make sure it is this one."

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Gentle spices, sweet floral notes. Creamy vanilla, toasty French oak.

Palate: Fresh, elegant touches of peppy citrus, apples, tangy zinging, almost bourbon-like, top notes.

Finish: Long, sublime finish. Good balance.
