Nose: Complex nose. Baking spices and soft oak, a little candied peel, apricot and fragrant wood.

Palate: Rich palate with a little puckering tangy fruit providing depth. Notes of deep spices, manuka honey...

Finish: Honeyed, sweet finish. Dried peels.
