Uno et Mil Gran Reserva Bottling Note

A stunning brandy from top Spanish producers, Romate. This is a single barrel spirit, made by distilling Airen wine to a low strength in copper pot stills. The resultant spirit is aged in barrels which previously held Fino and Amontillado sherries. Stunning stuff.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Sweet, fruity nose with notes of aromatic woods - potpourri and cedar, a little fino sherry nuttiness, hints of salinity.

Palate: Rich and juicy with notes of dried fruits and sherried peels. Dates, walnuts, a little light truffle note and nutmeg.

Finish: Long and rich, with intense, spiced oak.
