50 Year Old Single Malt Whisky

The ageing of a whisky has a huge impact upon its character, the vast majority in fact. Whisky is matured in oak, of the genus Quercus, and there a range of species used, from the European Oak to the Truffle Oak. We have some well-aged 50 year old whiskies.
