30 Year Old Single Malt Whisky

Whisky is matured in a range of oaks, from the American and European to the more unusual Truffle and Burr oak. Oak is of key importance in whisky, for it imparts such flavour, and even proffers the cork. Many of our whiskies have spent a good quantity of time in oak, including our 30 year old whiskies. Whiskies of this age have had plenty of oak contact, and thus often proffer a great refinement. These are truly connoisseur's whiskies. Why not sample one of our single malt whiskies. The product of a single distillery, these offer a massive range of possibilities. No matter what part of the globe these whiskies come from, the additional maturity they have received from a good term spent in oak is quite evident.
