Island 40 Year Old Whisky

Whisky is distilled from a selection of cereal grains. Each brings its own different character to the finished product, you can experience this by trying one of our 40 year old whiskies. These are very well aged, and thus extremely rare. These are in limited supply and... offer an outstanding amount of oaken maturity and complexity. These are collector's items. We have 40 year old Island whiskies. This is a very diverse, for there is such geographical difference between the islands, each having their own terroir. There is usually a coastal character, but few other recurring themes. If one wishes, one can compare this with other whiskies of the same age (tasting horizontally) or comparing it with older or younger bottlings (tasting vertically).
