Highland 40 Year Old Whisky

Whiskey is matured in a range of oaks, from the American and European to the more unusual Truffle and Burr oak. Oak is of key importance in whiskey, for it imparts such flavour, and even proffers the cork. Many of our whiskeys have spent a good quantity of time in oak, especially our 40 year old whiskeys. These are very well aged, and thus extremely rare. These are in limited supply and offer an outstanding amount of oaken maturity and complexity. These are collector's items. We have 40 year old Highland whiskeys. Within the Northern Highlands, there are big, cereal sweet whiskeys. The Southern Highlands proffer light, fruity whiskeys. The Eastern highlands offer full, dry and fruity malts, with the west providing full, powerful malts with plenty of peat smoke. Browse our well-stocked collection of whiskeys and read our reviews. If you need any suggestions, our team of whiskey aficionados are always keen to offer advice, so feel free to get in touch.
